We are excited to announce the release of Peer Group Tools Version 1.2! This update introduces several new features and improvements that aim to enhance your overall experience and make collaboration within your peer group even more efficient.
Group Meetings (Calendar)
Click the Meetings tab to access a shared common calendar for your group, allowing you to stay organized and informed about upcoming events and meetings.
Schedule Group Meetings
Easily create and manage a schedule of events, including meetings, workshops, and other important gatherings. Under the Meetings tab, click the Gear ⚙️ icon on the right to schedule a recurring or individual meeting.
Reminder Emails with ICS Calendar Update Files
Receive automatic reminder emails for scheduled events, complete with ICS calendar files for seamless integration with your preferred calendar applications.
Meeting Details
From the Meetings tab, select an individual meeting to review the meeting information or make changes. Click the + icon in the bottom right to see the following options:
- Meeting Check-In and Check-Out
Streamline the meeting process with convenient check-in and check-out functionalities, ensuring efficient and accurate attendance tracking.
- End of Meeting Ratings
Gather valuable feedback at the end of each meeting through the new rating system. Rate your overall satisfaction and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Issues Tracking
Create and manage a scrollable list of issues to discuss during group forums, keeping your discussions focused and productive.
- To-Dos
Effortlessly create and assign tasks to members of your group, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Dynamic Updates
From the Updates tab, capture your monthly updates through a simple, survey-like process, providing a structured way for members to share their progress.
Review Updates
From the Meeting Details page, access and review updates from other members within your peer group, promoting transparency and collaboration.
