This Peer Group Tools release focused on addressing several critical bugs and added improvements to multiple features.

Features

Update Visibility:

Users now have the ability to view their previous responses when performing an update, providing a more transparent and user-friendly experience.

Calendar Settings Dialog:

  • Virtual Meeting Links: Users can now enter virtual meeting links within the updated calendar settings dialog.
  • Optional Address: The address field is now optional, offering users flexibility in providing location details.
  • New Email Notifications: A new email notification is created for members when a meeting is generated, ensuring better communication.

Email Updates

ICS Calendar Files:

ICS calendar files sent in emails have been updated to reflect changes made during meeting updates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Invite Emails:

Invite emails have been refined to direct new users to the "Sign Up" screen, simplifying the onboarding process.

Meeting Details Review List:

The Meeting Details review list now includes all active members, providing a comprehensive overview of the participants.


Key Bug Fixes

ICS Invite Time Issue:

Resolved an issue where ICS invites were displaying the wrong time, ensuring accurate scheduling.

Recurring Meeting Update Issue:

Fixed an issue where updating a recurring meeting wasn't properly changing the date of the next scheduled meeting.

User Without Group Error:

Addressed an issue where users without a group encountered errors while navigating the site, ensuring a smoother experience for all users.

Updates:

Expandable Text Boxes:

Several update questions have been fixed to allow text boxes to expand, improving visibility and user interaction.

"Complete This Month's Update" Button:

Fixed an issue where the "Complete This Month's Update" button didn't move with the expanding text box, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly interface.

Email Duplication Issue:

Resolved an issue where members were receiving duplicate emails intended for all members, eliminating redundancy in communication.
